Utelogy Webhooks allow alerts to be grouped, correlated, and prioritized in a single ITSM platform, reducing duplicate alerts and ensuring critical incidents are prioritized, the right resources are dispatched, and results are logged and cleared.

Adding the new Webhooks feature to your Utelogy environment is easy. Simply access the web-based configuration page from your U-Manage Account and click the “+ Add Webhook” button on the top-right corner of the page.
