Utelogy Announces Logitech Sync Cloud Integration
Utelogy is pleased to announce Logitech Sync Cloud support, further strengthening our existing integrations with Logitech and expanding cloud-based visibility and management for modern collaboration environments.
With this latest integration, Utelogy now connects directly to Logitech Sync via the Sync Cloud API, giving IT,AV, and Workplace Experience teams with a unified view of spaces leveraging Logitech room systems and sensors alongside the rest of their enterprise technology estate.

Logitech Sync Cloud support is delivered through a secure cloud-to-cloud integration between Utelogy and Logitech Sync, eliminating the need for additional device-level connections or custom middleware.
A single Logitech Sync Cloud Connector securely authenticates to the customer’s Sync tenant and acts as the data bridge for all supported Logitech devices. Only one connector is required per U-Server, enabling a clean, scalable architecture that works whether organizations are managing hundreds of rooms or thousands globally.
This approach allows IT and AV teams to:
- Centralize Logitech device data without duplicating integrations
- Reduce deployment complexity across regions and sites
- Scale cloud connectivity in line with enterprise growth

- Occupancy and room usage metrics
- Environmental data including temperature, humidity, CO₂, and air quality using Logitech Spot.

Secure by Design
Security remains a top priority. The Logitech Sync Cloud integration uses mutual TLS (mTLS) authentication and requires explicit API access configuration within the customer’s Sync tenant. Network endpoints are clearly defined, and API usage is intelligently managed to stay within Logitech’s daily limits—supporting predictable, enterprise-grade operation.
