Crestron UDM Now Available

Utelligent Device Manager (UDM – formerly known as RDM) now available for Crestron devices

Provides monitoring of 4 Series Control Systems, 3 Series Control Systems, and many of the most popular Crestron devices, such as NVX AVoIP, AirMedia Wireless Presentation, CEN-ODT occupancy sensors, OneBeyond cameras, and, of course, Crestron touch screens. Utelogy updates and adds new drivers weekly, so be sure to check the Driver Library before updating or expanding your system.

Utelogy UDM streamlines three Crestron drivers or modules in just one. Plus, the Crestron UDM from Utelogy provides more robust monitoring and more system design flexibility than Crestron drivers.

There are two ways to integrate the UDM, depending upon your specific needs:

UDM – Codeless
This is used when the Crestron control processor is not running user defined code. This integration does not require any programming and provides complete monitoring of Crestron processors and third-party connected devices via Serial communications.

UDM – Integrated
This implementation requires that the UDM module is added to the client Crestron programming. This method provides the most features and options to monitor all Crestron processors and devices.

Crestron CLI Sunset
Crestron CLI has been our legacy product for monitoring Crestron processors for many years. Clients may continue using CLI, but support will be limited and no additional functionality will be added.
