DevOps Engineer - Full Time
As an DevOps Engineer you would be a member of the Utelogy Development team with primary responsibility for building, deploying, maintaining, and automating the software development pipeline. In this role you are responsible for developing and delivering scripts and automation tools used to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various platforms as well as assist with ADO project management and key stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own primary responsibility for version control and facilitate the build and release process.
  • Bring in continuous deployment practices to enhance our Agile posture
  • Coordinate software publishing infrastructure and artifact management to cloud
  • Coordinate release activities with engineering, sales, and support groups
  • Write application deployment automation using industry standard deployment and configuration tools
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to capture, analyze, and derive DevOps requirements
  • Define cloud topologies as code for rapid deployment in a reliable, repeatable, and controlled manner.
  • Design and implement continuous delivery pipeline(s) (CI/CD).
  • Implement and stay abreast of cloud and DevOps industry best practices and tooling
  • Create tooling as needed for real-time visibility into performance and health of the application stack.
  • Responsible for implementing, auditing, and enforcing best practice security measures for both on-premises and cloud resources.
  • Manage, maintain, and monitor cloud infrastructure.
  • Maintain development, testing, and production environments.
  • Support lab hardware and lab network

 Senior Software Developer - Full Time
As a Senior Software Developer you will be architecting creative and innovative complex solutions. You will work across multiple facets of each project and juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time while mentoring other engineers to fulfill project objectives. It is important to have strong analytic capabilities and the ability to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modernize existing products and aid in the migration of key features to Azure microservices
  • Develop highly scalable, fault tolerant and secure back-end solutions
  • Demonstrate proficiency creating asynchronous eventually consistent near-real time back-end data services at scale
  • Create technical documentation, including architectural design drawings, to guide future software development projects
  • Participate in, contribute to and continuously improve Agile software development processes

 Senior Technical Project Manager- Full Time
You will collaborate with the product teams to deliver the best product with most efficient use of resources and technologies. You will work with all of the stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
  • Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring the teams are actively working toward established milestones
  • Assess, identify and implement continual improvement processes across the DevOps teams.
  • Work with product and the business to prioritize and deliver projects on schedule.
  • Plan releases and delivery milestones through backlog grooming and planning sessions
  • Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions
    or challenges regarding projects
  • Be the change agent as we strengthen our Agile and Scrum principles, frameworks, and methodologies across the organization
  • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities of team members required for specific projects and initiatives
  • Implement and maintain visual product/feature roadmap engineering delivery timelines as necessary to drive internal and external customer expectations.
